The following are available for public inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, at:

Department of Transportation

Highway Building

1 South Wilmington Street

Raleigh, North Carolina  27611:

(1)           all rules and all other written statements of policy or interpretations formulated, adopted or used by the Department of Transportation;

(2)           all orders, decisions, opinions and declaratory rulings, together with all materials used in formulating such; and

(3)           all rules, codes, standards and regulations which have been adopted by reference by any rulemaking authority within the Department of Transportation.
